Pyramine - Disinfectant & Sanitiser Concentrate
Pyramine is an efficient, food-safe, disinfectant/sanitiser concentrate with a broad spectrum of use for post cleaning sanitisation.
Specially recommended in areas where positive bacteria control is essential. Pyramine is formulated with a New Generation dual quaternary active ensuring more vigorous performance than regular quaternaries. This formulation provides an extra powerful performance with faster action and better degradability.

DESCRIPTION: A clear odourless liquid.
HIGHLY EFFECTIVE - PYRAMINE is a broad-spectrum dual quaternary biocide that gives ‘hospital level protection’ to all treated areas. Active on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, moulds, fungi and algae.
PYRAMINE in use, is odourless, has low-toxicity, non-irritating, non-staining, non-flammable and non-corrosive. At its normal dilution rates, PYRAMINE is safe to use on all surfaces, and is therefore perfectly suitable for use in hospitals, poultry, dairy and livestock industries, food processing plants, breweries and all areas where its particular properties are necessary for sanitation.
Just a few grams makes many litres of powerful germicidal solution. PYRAMINE and its solutions are very stable and may be pre-diluted and stored for use when required.
Strong performance and broad spectrum of effect makes PYRAMINE the product of choice for many commercial and agricultural sectors. It is adaptable and can be used in industrial spray equipment for fogging. Easily applied for use on large floor or wall areas
DILUTIONS FOR USE
Disinfectant foot baths for dairy and chicken sheds : 4ml per litre of water
Disinfection of kennels and stables : 2 – 4ml per litre of water
General disinfection after cleaning : 1 – 2ml per litre of water
Food surface disinfection : 2 - 4ml per litre of water
Areas should generally be cleaned before using PYRAMINE.
Where applicable and when being used as a general sanitiser on floors, walls and equipment in poultry and livestock sheds, animals and poultry should be removed before use.
Areas may be sprayed or swabbed according to the particular circumstances.
Where being used to sanitise Poultry sheds PYRAMINE should be applied after washing/cleaning sheds with detergent e.g. Filchem’s ‘On Guard’ detergent and before insecticide application, e.g. Filchem’s TN500
